The Par-8.2 e-tamp Applicator, labeling pressure sensor and the customized e-clamp module ensures accurate labeling even when the lightest carton weighs as little as 0.5 kg. Also, the system use Hd-31 universal pump plate compatible with label sizes from 30×30 to 110×150 mm, enhanced with foam material to improve surface conformity and labeling stability. The label drop sensor automatically triggers an alarm if the label is detected missing or dropped labels during the labeling process.

Operating in a Print in advance, PLC triggers tamping mode, the H400E achieves output over 30 PPM.No compressed air is required; all labeling actions are driven electrically, ensuring quieter operation, higher precision, and reduced maintenance.

The H400E integrates tightly with PLC-controlled conveyor systems. During operation, the printer applicator works in coordination with the customized e-clamp module to ensure the carton is securely clamped in position before labeling begins. PLC signal detection monitors each step of the labeling process, enabling fault diagnosis and control logic optimization. Customized e-clamp module extension and retraction speeds are adjustable via parameters, ensuring smooth synchronization between carton positioning and electric labeling. Label data and templates are transmitted directly from WCS(Warehouse Control System) to the printer applicator, allowing flexible job switching and real-time printing control.
