1. Requirement
In modern manufacturing and logistics, automated pallet labeling and identification have become key to achieving digital factory traceability.

2. Solution
COTAO implemented a H400A High Printer Applicator combined with a rotating pallet platform to enable four side horizontal labeling of pallets and stacked loads.
Equipped with a 400 mm valid stroke length air tamp-blow applicator, it ensures that each label is accurately applied and securely attached to the target surface.
The labeling cycle per side is less than 3 seconds, with an output capacity of up to 60 pallets per hour.
The H400A features an industrial-grade 300 dpi thermal transfer print engine, supporting print width up to 105.7 mm and label length up to 300 mm.
Standardized remote I/O interfaces allow communication via PLC, serial port, and TCP/IP socket, compatible with ZPL commands and image printing.
Through COTAO OPEXE PRINTING software, label data is automatically received, distributed, and executed in real time — achieving full closed-loop automation from data input to physical labeling output.
Operators can remotely configure, debug, and monitor machines, ensuring seamless system integration.
